I've been a wood train builder for a few years but lack your skill and/or patience to create such wonderful details. the logs alone are a masterpiece. i know you posted this several years ago so i'd love to see any additional trains you've created.. The cherry tree toys wheels were probably the best wooden wheels i could have hoped for, as i don't have the tools or the talent to create my own wheels. thanks for adding to this ecosystem of train builders..

Wooden toy train for many children, nothing is as much fun as playing with toy trains. small children are not sophisticated enough to handle electric trains, so other, simpler toys must be used instead.. For my nephew’s second birthday, knowing his love for trains, we attempted to make a train table for his playroom. the basic idea was to find a wooden train set online, and then build a table with a removable top (make one side a train track and the other a lego board).. In 2005 my two oldest sons became old enough to start playing with toy trains. i was shocked by the cost of thomas branded toys. i'm a fairly handy person and i searched the internet to see if building my own toy trains was feasible..
